If you come along the Sivatha Street, pass the night market till you will see an intersection. On your left is the road go to Taprohm Hotel & Old Market Street, your heading is the road go to Tonle Sap Lake. And Mandalay Inn is on your left 50m off the Sivatha street.
 

Driver might tell you Mandalay Inn is Closed or Full or Noisy or don't know where is Mandalay Inn or others reason and then they offer and deliver you to the Commission paying guest houses.
